Wrike Data Processing Agreement
We limit access to customer data to employees with an employment-related need and require all such employees to sign a confidentiality agreement. Access to customer data is only necessary if it has been approved by the customer (i.e. as part of a support incident) via a support token or under the authorization of management and security for the purpose of providing support, maintenance or improving the quality of service. Customers may also transfer service data to Wrike on the basis of legal mechanisms approved by the European Commission and other competent authorities for cross-border data transfers. These include standard contractual clauses that can be used in conjunction with additional safeguards offered by Wrike, such as Wrike Lock (which allows customers to access their Wrike data while managing their own encryption keys) and other encryption and security features provided as part of our many information security certifications: ISO/IEC 27001:2013, SOC2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27018:2019, and Cloud Security Alliance STAR Level 2. Wrike invests in a privacy and security program to protect customer data. We believe that having a strong privacy and security program in place is the first step in building customer confidence in how we value, process and protect their data. You agree that Wrike may immediately terminate your Wrike Account and your access to the Service (both as a Business User and as an Individual User) without notice. Such termination may be made at Wrike`s sole and absolute discretion with or without cause. For illustrative purposes only, situations in which Wrike may terminate your account and your access to the Service include, but are not limited to: (a) violations or breaches of the Terms of Use or other integrated agreements or policies; (b) requests from law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request from you (self-initiated account deletions): (d) interruption or material modification of the Service (or any part thereof): (e) unexpected technical or security issues; (f) longer periods of inactivity; (g) your involvement in fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or (h) non-payment of any fees you owe in connection with the Service. In addition, you agree that any termination for any non-recessive reason will be in Wrike`s sole and absolute discretion and that Wrike will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Service. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for commercial purposes any part of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service, unless you have an agreement to the contrary with us that expressly grants you such rights….
